The matter relates to Notice Inviting ETender dated 6th February, 2024 vide Memo No. CMOHMid (W)/e_Tender/Security/2nd call/932 issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur. 2.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has produced before this Court a Memo being No. CMOH-Mid (W)/e_Tender/Security/6921 dated 4th October, 2024 issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur wherein it is mentioned that the Tender Notice dated 6th February, 2024 has been cancelled due to unavoidable technical reasons. Further E-Tender notice will be published soon.

As it appears that the subject tender process has been cancelled by the Authority accordingly, no order need be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Copy of the e-tender cancellation noticed dated 4th October, 2024 issued by the CMOH, Paschim Medinipur be retained with the records.
