This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the respondent authority concerned in completing the election process within the date stipulated by this Court by the order dated 31st August, 2022 in WPA 16138 of 2022.

It appears from record being annexure P/5 to the writ petition that the election process could not be concluded due to non providing of assistance of the local police.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 24652 of 2022 is disposed of by extending the time for one month to complete the election process as per the aforesaid order of this Court dated 31st August, 2022. Officer-in-Charge of

local police station shall render necessary assistance, if required by the authority concerned.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title of the petition.
