In the writ petition recommendation of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is questioned involving a female employee of High Court, Calcutta. Though such employee has not been named in the cause title of the writ petition, being respondent no.4 but there are annexures where name of the female employee is disclosed which is contrary to the relevant Rule of High Court, Calcutta.

The writ petition ought to have been prepared with greater caution in order to ensure non-disclosure of name and particulars of victim lady. In the present writ petition documents are annexed wherein name and particulars of victim lady are disclosed. If those documents are found to be

relevant same needs to be filed in sealed envelope. 3.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file the writ petition on the selfsame cause of action strictly in terms of the relevant Rule of High Court, Calcutta in order to ensure that name and particulars of victim lady should not be disclosed.
