The declaration of compliance filed by the respondent/husband in terms of our order dated 12th April, 2021 is taken on record.

Mr. Sukanta Chakraborty, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/wife has submitted that the wife will not proceed with the civil revisional application and has taken steps for withdrawal of the civil revisional application being C.O. No.4568 of 2016 along with CAN 5660 of 2017 and CAN 3404 of 2017. It is further submitted that some of the undertakings given by the wife have already been complied with by the appellant/wife. In view of the compliance of the order dated 12th April, 2021 and recording that the appellant shall comply with all the remaining undertakings, we dispose of the appeal and the applications by recording the settlement arrived at

between the parties in writing and forms part of the compromise petition jointly signed by the parties and their respective attorneys.

The terms of compromise shall form part of this order. Such undertakings are binding on the parties and the parties are aware of the consequences of such breach of undertaking.

Under such circumstances, the appeal being FAT 554 of 2016 and the applications being CAN 3 of 2020 (Old No: CAN 2251 of 2020) and CAN 4 of 2020 stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
