This is an application for restoration by recalling of order dated 30th June, 2023.

I have gone through the petition for restoration and am of the view that the same may be allowed.

Accordingly, the application for restoration being C.A.N. 2 of 2023 is allowed. The writ petition being W.P.A. 24493 of 2015 along with CAN 1 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner-company has been taken over

by another company and accordingly, an application for substitution has been filed by him.

This matter requires affidavits to be exchanged. Accordingly, affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of four weeks; reply thereto, if any, be filed one week thereafter.

Let the matter appear five weeks hence.
