1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner has purchased a property. The private respondents have applied for pre-emption under the provisions of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, which has been dismissed on 20th April, 2022 passed in M.P. Case No. 59 of 2019. There is no appeal against the said order.

3. In the above circumstances, the Officer-in-charge, Raidighi Police Station shall ensure that the private respondents shall not disturb the petitioner's possession subject to any order that may be passed by a Civil Court.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
