This is an application for restoration by recalling of order dated 5th July, 2023.

I have gone through the petition for restoration and am of the view that the same may be allowed.

Accordingly, the application for restoration being C.A.N. 2 of 2023 is allowed. The writ petition being W.P.A. 24495 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner-company has been taken over by another company and accordingly, an application for

substitution is required to be filed by him. Such leave is granted.

This matter requires affidavits to be exchanged. Accordingly, affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of four weeks; reply thereto, if any, be filed one week thereafter.

Let the matter appear five weeks hence.
