The petitioner seeks quashing of two separate proceedings being DR 3821 of 2023 and POCSO 83 of 2023 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia in the present application. On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw this application and file two separate applications with regard to the separate complaints lodged against him and his family members. Accordingly, the revisional application, being CRR 4374 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
