The petitioner is not represented today, nor has any accommodation been prayed for.

The respondents are represented and urged the issue of maintainability of the writ petition, as they had done on the earlier occasion.

The Co-operative Society, is not a body, which is amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

Without getting into such a question regarding the maintainability of the writ petition, it cannot be denied that the grievance as urged in the writ petition is of a private nature between the petitioner and the Co-operative Society, for which there is an alternative and efficacious remedy

available to the petitioner under Section 102 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006.

However, since there is no representation by the petitioner in the instant matter, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
