However, the allegations of corruption made by the petitioner are vague and lack clarity as to the precise nature of the alleged illegality. No specific details or particulars have been disclosed in the complaint annexed to the writ petition to substantiate the allegations of corruption. In view of the above, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the present writ petition. It appears, however, that the concerned Block Development Officer, Bharatpur-I Development Block, by an order dated September 9, 2024, constituted a threemember committee to inquire into the alleged irregularities and administrative functioning involving the Pradhan and the Secretary of the said Panchayat.

The said committee submitted its enquiry report on February 10, 2025, wherein the allegations made by the petitioner were not found to be substantiated. Let the report filed by the State, containing the orders dated September 9, 2024 and February 10, 2025, be retained on record.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no scope for passing any further order in this petition.

Accordingly, WPA 25055 of 2024 stands dismissed. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
