By such order, this Court, did not find any merit in the writ petition which was at the behest of the State. This Court merely extended time to comply with the order passed by the Tribunal.

The petitioner is therefore, at liberty to approach the Tribunal if there is any violation of the order of the Tribunal.

C.P.A.N. 1431 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
