Without going into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Head of the Institution, Lakhuria High School (HS), being the respondent no.6 herein, to consider the said application strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps in accordance with law shall be taken by the School.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
