The application for transfer of the petitioner was considered by the School authority and 'no objection' was issued. Thereafter, the application ought to have been forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools. That has not been done till date. 3.

The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Head of the Institution, Bhanderhati B.M.

Institution of Bhandarhati, Dhaniakhali, being the respondent no.6, to forward the

documents of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly, at the earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly, shall consider the same in accordance with law and thereafter take consequential steps in the matter if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
