The petitioners are aggrieved that the Commissioner of Police, Howrah has not disposed of their representation dated 5th September, 2022 for opening a Hookah Bar in their Restaurant.

In view of the above, the Commissioner of Police, Howrah shall dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 5th September, 2022 mandatorily and positively within a period of fifteen days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
