It is found that inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 22nd January, 2026 mentioning the name of the petitioner in the cause title as "Abhishek Chakraborty" in place and stead of "Abhisek Chakraborty".

The name of the petitioner in the cause title of the aforesaid order be read as Abhisek Chakraborty" instead of "Abhishek Chakraborty".

4.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 22nd January, 2026.
