The learned Counsel for the petitioner appears and has produced a letter dated 8th April, 2024 addressed to her by the petitioner, Tushar Kanti Das before this Court. It appears from the said letter that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 has been settled out of Court and in view thereof, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.

It appears from the record that the petitioner has preferred this revisional application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the order dated 15th September, 2017 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar Birbhum in M.P. Case 833 of 2017 under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

In view of the settlement arrived at by and between the parties, this revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn. (Uday Kumar, J.)
