1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted on the day of dismissal of the revisional application, the learned counsel appointed on behalf of the petitioner could not attend the Court as he remained engaged in another Court and there were no laches on part of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the issue involved in the revisional application is awaiting adjudication by the Special Bench.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties also.

3. Considering all the facts and circumstances, the prayer for restoration stands allowed. Let the

revisional application being CO 3526 of 2015 be restored to its original file and number.

4. Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2025 stands disposed of.
