1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case dairy, the nature and extent of complicity and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and it also appears that a forged power of attorney is made to impersonate a dead person and some deeds were executed on the basis of such general power of attorney and the petitioner is the identifier of the person who impersonate a dead person and having regard to the relationship of the present petitioner with the person who has impersonate a dead person duly identified by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
