1. Nobody appeared for the petitioner on January 28, 2025, when this matter was called on. Nobody appears for the petitioner today either.

2. From the report that was filed by the State on the last occasion, we find that the petitioner did not attend the learned Trial Court on January 2, 2025. He has also not been in contact with Raiganj Police Station since December 12, 2024, in breach of the conditions of interim bail.

3. Learned State advocate tells us that in all likelihood, the petitioner has absconded.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the order of interim bail, that is in subsistence, stands cancelled and recalled.

5. The learned Trial Court is directed to take necessary coercive steps against the petitioner, in accordance with law, to secure his presence before the learned Trial Court.

6. CRM (NDPS) 1632 of 2024, is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. Let this order be communicated by the State to learned Trial Court.
