Notwithstanding the order dated September 22, 2021 the copy of the reasoned order filed by the alleged contemnor is not traceable in the file of this Court. In view of the same, the order dated September 22, 2021 stands corrected to the extent that the alleged contemnor has not filed any reasoned order which was relied upon by them.

The Department is directed to make corrections accordingly.
