1. Both the learned counsel on behalf of the parties to this application are present.

2. Mr. Monoj Kumar Saha, Branch Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, the alleged contemnor, is present before this Court today.

3. Learned counsel on behalf of the Insurance Company has submitted that among three contemnors, Mr. Monoj Kumar Saha, Branch Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited is present before this court but other two contemnors have already demitted from their office.

4. Learned counsel on behalf of the Insurance Company has further submitted that due amount has been deposited with the office of the learned Registrar General in terms of chalan No. 1317 dated 06.08.2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants/claimants has submitted that necessary direction be given to the learned Registrar General of this Court to disburse the share of Najera Bibi wife of late Khalilur Rahaman to the claimant/Maya Bewa who is daughter-in-law of Najera Bibi.

6. Given facts and circumstances, learned Registrar General of this Court is requested to disburse the amount to all the appellants/claimants in equal share and the share of Najera Bibi be given to the claimant/Maya Bewa subject to proper authorization and identification.

7. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Registrar General of this Court.

8. The personal appearance of Mr. Monoj Kumar Saha stands dispensed with.

9. Accordingly, the Rule stands discharged and also the application being CRC 08 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
