1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding in connection with M Case No. 22 of 2022 pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after passing order of interim maintenance on 24th February, 2023 the case was proceeded with, but since August, 2023 the case was being adjourned on the prayer of the opposite party No.2 on several occasions.

3. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties stands

dispensed with.

5. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the proceeding in connection with M Case No. 22 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas for necessary information and compliance.
