The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of Appeal No.31 of 2022 which is pending before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata.

It is submitted that an application for stay has been pending since long and the opposite parties are enjoying an interim order, to the detriment of the appellant. Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate for the opposite parties submits that another application has been filed by the opposite parties, praying for certain reliefs.

This Court finds that the applications are pending. The learned appellate tribunal must make serious endeavour to

dispose of the pending appeal along with the applications within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. Unnecessary adjournments shall not be granted to any of the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the applications, nor into the merits of the appeal. The prayer for expeditious disposal is innocuous and enres to the benefit of all litigants.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
