1. Claiming parity with Sima @ Shefali Das in CRM (A) 1883 of 2024 on 13th June, 2024 not being opposed on behalf of the State, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Pradeep Das, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. It is further directed that the present accused petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Tehatta, Nadia in connection with Palashipara Police Station Case No.215 of 2024 and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.
