Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Murshidabad Police Station addressed to the learned State Advocate and the same is taken on record.

It appears that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner FIR being Murshidabad Police Station Case No.442/21 dated 6th October, 2021 has been registered and charge sheet being Murshidabad PS CS No.226/22 dated 24th May, 2022 has been filed. 3.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Murshidabad Police.

The petitioner seeks a right of residence in marital house. She is now staying with relative. The husband of the petitioner is represented in Court. He submits that he has no objection if his wife and child return to the marital house and live with him. 5.

The petitioner may, therefore, return to her marital house along with the child.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
