The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Thakurnagar Balika Vidyalaya (H.S), Gaighata, District: 24 Parganas (North).

The Medical Board of Dr. B. N. Bose S.D. Hospital, Barrackpore, 24 Parganas (North) has certified partial disability of the petitioner to the extent of 75%. The petitioner through "Utsashree Portal" has applied for general transfer to a school nearer to her residence on the ground of her such disability. The grievance of the petitioner is that though her said application had reached to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein prior to suspension of operation of the designated Portal but the Commission is not considering it.

The petitioner is praying direction upon the respondent no.3 for disposal of her said application. Considering the nature of disability and the extent thereof, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner for general

transfer in 'Offline' mode within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, the Commission proposes to allow the prayer of the petitioner, subject to availability of suitable vacancy, she shall be given an opportunity to make a choice of the school.

WPA 24202 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.
