I am told today that the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Ms. Ratna Chakraborty (Bagchi), has retired two days back. Therefore, the other responsible person is the Deputy Secretary, namely Mr. Partha Karmakar. I direct the petitioner/applicant to add Mr. Partha Karmakar as the alleged contemnor and Mr. Karmakar

should appear personally on 9th January, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. before this court.

The petitioner is directed to issue a notice giving the gist of the order passed today to Mr. Karmakar. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
