Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari ...for the State. A joint petition for effecting compromise has been filed in the instant revision stating, inter alia, that the parties have settled the disputes out of Court.

After filing the application, this Court obtains a report from the Investigating Officer, who also submitted a report after examination of the de facto complainant and the victim that the matter has been amicable settled. It is also ascertained from the materials on record that the nature of injury does not suggest prima facie any offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. All other potential provisions are compoundable in nature. Considering such aspect of the matter, the application for joint compromise filed by both the parties being CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

In view of the acceptance of the compromise petition,

Ekbalpur P.S. Case No.250 of 2018 (CGR-2019 of 2018 under Section 307/324/34 of the I.P.C.) be quashed. In view of disposal of the compromise application, the criminal revisional application being CRR 4126 of 2022 is also disposed of.
