Das .....for the petitioners Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ......for the WBBPE Petitioners have common grievance that till date concerned authority of West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as "Board") has not issued TET certificate in consideration of the fact that petitioners qualified Teacher Eligibility Test, 2014 (for short „TET, 2014").

Chowdhury, learned advocate representing the Board submits on instruction that if reasonable time is accorded, TET certificate can be issued in favour of the petitioners who qualified TET, 2014 provided documents are submitted before the Board establishing that petitioners qualified TET, 2014.

It is submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioners that petitioners will be able to submit documents in support of their contention that they qualified TET, 2014 along with teacher training qualification.

In view of the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioners shall be at liberty to submit necessary documents before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 3 in support of their qualification by four weeks from date. If aforesaid documents are submitted within the specified time, respondent no. 3 shall issue TET certificate to the petitioners by twelve weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

Connected application if any pending is dismissed since no one appears on behalf of the applicants at the time of hearing.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
