Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner to correct the cause title of the petition. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He is in custody for over three years.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in the course of T. I. Parade. Allegations are very grave.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
