Mr. Sabir Ahmed appears on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1, 2 and 5 and Ms. Afreen Begum, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no.6. However, the opposite party no.3 is not represented.

Notice be served upon the opposite party no.3. 5.

The appeal is ready as regards the appearing opposite parties. The service of the notice of appeal is waived for the learned Advocates appearing for the opposite parties mentioned above.

All the opposite parties shall appear before the trial court within four weeks from date. Upon appearance, the accused opposite parties shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court till disposal of the appeal. 7.

In the event the opposite party/parties fails/fail to do so, the learned trial court shall issue appropriate process to ensure the attendance of such opposite party/parties who are in violation of the order in accordance with law. 8.

Paper books be prepared within eight weeks from the date of arrival of the LCR.

Department shall take immediate steps for bringing the LCR and preparation of the paper books.

10. Leave is granted to correct the cause title during the course of the day.
