It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a love affair between the parties. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits victim is a differently abled lady. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady. Victim was brutally assaulted and attempted to be raped. She is a differently abled lady. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
