1. Learned counsel for the appellant is represented.

2. This intra-Court appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner against the order dated 25.09.2024 passed in WPA 21751 of 2024. The learned writ court considered the averment set out in paragraph 8 of the writ petition and found that the Police Authorities is not vested with the power to decide the boundary line of an immovable property. The stand taken by the learned writ court cannot be faulted and no grounds have been made out to interfere with this writ petition.
