This appeal is sought to be preferred against an order dated September 27, 2022, passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of WPA No.9850 of 2022. The appellant was not a party before the learned Single Judge. He is a stranger to this proceeding. He has not made any prayer for leave to prefer this appeal.

Under those circumstances, this appeal cannot be entertained.

M.A.T. No.1792 of 2022 is, accordingly, dismissed along with IA CAN 1 of 2022.

This will not prevent the appellant from taking appropriate action in accordance with law if he is aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge.
