The police case is one of kidnapping.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the complicity of the petitioner in the incident and considering the fact that the police case is dated November 20, 2020, which is long absconsion, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
