On perusal of the order under revision and the prayer for review this Court finds that no grounds has made out for invoking the review jurisdiction of this Court. The only contention as noted in the application is that the petitioner herein who was the

respondent has filed the prayer for review on the opinion of the Additional Director Law (LA KPD) dated 16.9.2024.

None appears for the petitioner on call.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 stands dismissed for default.

Review application also stands dismissed.

Necessary steps for execution of the said order be carried out expeditiously.
