Pursuant to the order dated 2nd March, 2021, the respondent no.5 has caused service of a notice upon the petitioner who remained absent on that day, intimating the petitioner that the matter will appear in the list on 17th March, 2021. In the order dated 2nd March, 2021, it was made clear that in the event the petitioner remains unrepresented despite service, on the returnable date, appropriate orders, including dismissal of the writ petition, may be passed. The petitioner remains unrepresented despite service. It appears that the petitioner is no more desirous in proceeding with the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and as a consequence thereof, the

application, being CAN 2 of 2021, filed by the respondent no.5 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
