1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Bakultala Police Station.

3. The police have registered an FIR in respect of the petitioner's complaint as also that of the private respondents. Investigation has been completed and charge-sheet No. 70 of 2022 dated 31st March, 2022 and No. 67 of 2022 dated 31st March, 2022 have been submitted.

4. It is expected that the charge-sheets are put to committal as expeditiously as possible.

5. Bakultala Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
