On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner has preferred the writ application challenging an order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the said order before the Appellate Authority, being the District Controller (F & S), respondent no. 4 herein in the present writ application.

Considering the same, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the appeal dated 28.08.2025 which has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent

no. 4 within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law on hearing the parties by passing a reasoned order. 5.

WPA 25042 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
