In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. None appears on behalf of the State.

Records reflect that conditions were imposed while granting bail on 04.12.2024. Records also reflect that the victim and her relations have been examined.

Having considered the fact that almost 15 months have passed since the petitioner has granted bail, I am of the view that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 04.12.2024 be hereby waived.

However, this will not prevent the learned trial Court for imposing any condition for smooth progress of the trial of the case. . Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
