Considering the fact that the petitioner is confused about the requirements and the documents to be filed with the P.F.Authorities, the petitioner is given liberty to file the documents with the respondent no.3 at the earliest, who shall then assist the petitioner in complying with all the formalities as directed by the Court

and the respondent no.3 shall also take all necessary steps on urgent basis with the P.F.Authorities and ensure that the dues of the petitioner is paid diligently and expeditiously.

The writ application is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
