Due to inadvertence, at the heading of the ordersheet the case number has been wrongly mentioned as "WPA 21177 of 2022" instead of "WPA 21177 of 2012". Moreover, the names of learned advocates who appeared on behalf of the petitioners have wrongly been recorded as "Mr. Saudull Abedin" instead of "Ms. Tiana Bhattacharya and Mr. Dilip Kumar Ghosh".

The inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected and the order dated 15.09.2023 shall be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
