Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

By the present writ petition the petitioners seek for consideration of the prayer of mutual transfer in favour of the petitioners.

The petitioners contend that the petitioner no.1 is an Assistant Teacher in Dangarsai Primary School under Bankura District Primary School Council, Raipur Circle and the petitioner no.2 is an Assistant Teacher in Kalyanbrata Sangha Junior Basic School under Banibon Circle under District Primary School Council, Howrah. The petitioners made an application through online Utsashree Portal for mutual transfer which is still pending consideration. Hence this writ petition.

Mr. Santanu Maji, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits matter may be relegated to appropriate authority for consideration of the application of the petitioners for their mutual transfer in accordance with law.

Learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, District Primary School Council, Howrah, District Primary School Council, Bankura as well as State leave the matter to the discretion of the Court.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the respective parties, respondent no.4, Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to consider the application for mutual transfer of the petitioners made through online Utsashree Portal and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law upon notice to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from passing thereof. 8.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to communicate this order to respondent no.4, Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, for necessary compliance.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 24623 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 11.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 13.

There shall be no order as to costs.

14.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

15.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
