2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents yesterday and today. No report has been filed.

3. In the above circumstances, the allegations made in the writ petition remain uncontroverted. Recruitment process initiated on 10th August, 2023 shall stand set aside.

4. The respondents are directed to engage the persons in panel no. 2 created pursuant to a Recruitment Process in the year 2010 to be absorbed within one month from date as Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers. It is already recorded in the order dated 18.12.2023 that the panel no. 1 prepared pursuant to the same recruitment process was filled up in July, 2023.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. The petitioners shall communicate this order to the respondents.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
