1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner vehemently prays for enlarging the petitioner on bail, as charge-sheet has been filed.

2. Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the State submitted that the verification, as directed in terms of the order dated 18.10.2024, is complete. However, he submitted that the petitioner is resident of, as appears from Aadhar card, the State of Karnataka and possibilities are there that the petitioner may escape.

3. Having heard the learned counsel this Court is of the opinion that at this stage bail should not be allowed to the petitioner. Accordingly bail application is rejected and learned Trial Court is

directed to expedite the trial preferably within twelve months.

The instant application stand disposed of.
