The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

In view of the above, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, is directed to dispose of the revisional application being no. 334 of 2023 pending before him as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
