For the Petitioner Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Complaint case no 163 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Seldah, South 24 Parganas, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending before the learned Magistrate since 2022. In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of.
