Mr. Dr. Madhusudan Saha Ray Mr. Debanjan Chatterjee .........for the CESC Limited The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of representation dated 28.08.2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the representation to the Grievance Redressal Officer, CESC Limited under the Act being filed in terms of the order dated 28.08.2025, there has been no consideration of the same.

On behalf of the respondent CESC Limited, it is submitted that there is a billing dispute and the same be considered by the GRO, CESC Limited.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the CESC Limited, WPA 24626 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Grievance Redressal Officer, CESC Limited to consider and dispose the representation dated 28.08.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a rights of hearing to the petitioner, if necessary.
