For the Opposite Party no. 2 The petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat on 26th April, 2024 and 26th September, 2024 respectively in Criminal Misc. case no. 158 of 2023 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

In view of the provision laid down under Section 17 of the Act, the revisional application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4377 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
