1. 73 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the joint possession of these petitioners. Chargesheet has been submitted along with the FSL report which confirms the seized articles as Ganja.

2. In view of commercial quantity of contraband involved, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, at this stage.

3. CRM (NDPS) 1634 of 2024 is dismissed.

4. However, considering that the petitioners are in custody for 10 months, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the extent possible and conclude the same on an early date.

5. Let this order be communicated by the parties to the learned trial Court.
